Properties and applications of woven UHMWPE fabric

1. Excellent mechanical properties of woven UHMWPE fabric: under the same linear density, the tensile strength of Uhmwpe fiber is 10 times higher than that of high-quality steel fiber and common chemical fiber, it is 40% higher than aramid which is one of the"Three biggest high-tech fibers in the world", and 15 times higher than steel wire rope. Compared with e-glass, steel, polyamide, nylon, boron fiber, and carbon fiber, woven UHMWPE fabric has the highest strength in the same mass material.


2. Woven UHMWPE fabric has excellent impact resistance: in the deformation and molding process of the impact resistance and energy absorption capacity of the"World's three high-tech fiber" carbon fiber, aramid fiber are high.
