Super Strong Abrasion Resistance
The abrasion index is only 15mm³ (according to ISO 4649 standard), which is 3 times more wear-resistant than ordinary UHMWPE. The service life in heavy-duty conveying scenarios exceeds 8 years.
Food-grade Safety
It has passed the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 certification, with no precipitation, resistance to oil stains, and is a dedicated anti-sticking solution for food processing and pharmaceutical production lines.
Stability in a Wide Temperature Range
It maintains flexibility between -200°C and +120°C, with a coefficient of thermal expansion of only 6×10⁻⁵/°C, making it suitable for both polar scientific expeditions and high-temperature kiln cars.
Customized Conductivity
An optional conductive carbon black formula is available, with a surface resistance of 10³-10⁶Ω, eliminating the hazards of static electricity and being a must-have for flammable and explosive scenarios.
